Students and caregivers that attend these classes accept that:

The ThetaHealing™ technique is based on a meditation of focused thought and prayer, aimed at co-creating an enhanced sense of physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

That they take responsibility for their participation and their responses during and following their class.

They acknowledge the ThetaHealing™ is a supplement to medical care, not a substitute for it. It is the student's responsibility to indicate to Knowledge Tree if they have any permanent or temporary conditions that the tutor should be aware of, or that may interfere with their ability to participate in class.

All class deposits for Nancy Cate’s Rainbow Children Classes are non-refundable. If a caregivers/student decides to withdraw they forfeit any deposits paid.

Whilst deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferable to other Rainbow Children classes with Nancy Cate for up to one year from the date of the original class, after that date the deposit is forfeit.

If caregivers/students have paid the full fee in advance and must withdraw from class before it commences, fees will be refunded less the amount of the non-refundable deposit. Students are requested to give as much advance notice of withdrawal as possible.

Once classes have commenced no refunds will be given to caregivers/students who decide to withdraw.

The terms “Repeat Student” and the “Repeat Student Fees” apply only to students who have taken Nancy Cate’s Rainbow Children’s classes.

If you have previously taken your class with another Certified Rainbow Children Teacher the full fee applies, less any applicable Early Bird Incentives.

Caregivers/Students who attend class as a 'Repeat Student' must bring their own course manual and class text from their previous class, new copies will not be provided by Knowledge Tree. If their class materials have become out of date, they must purchase new materials to be able to attend class.

If Nancy Cate must cancel a Rainbow Children’s class, fees will be refunded in full.

All caregivers/students are required to sign a waiver/consent form prior to class.

Caregivers attend these classes at the discretion of Nancy Cate, Certified Rainbow Children Instructor.
